Broken Bow, NE – Custer Public Power District has been closely watching events unfold throughout the State of Nebraska and across the United States. Custer Power is focused on keeping the Custer Power service territory safe and reliable. As of Monday, June 15, 2020, the main office at Broken Bow has been opened to the public.
Custer Power will be following the recommended Direct Health Measures by the State Of Nebraska. Custer Power encourages customers to follow the 6 feet social distancing recommendation while doing business in the office. Masks are not required to enter the building. Precautions have been taken to keep our customer-owners and employees safe as we open the doors for business. Please call 1-877-749-2453 or 308-872-2451 with any questions or concerns. The drop-box in front of the Broken Bow office is conveniently located for our customer-owners for payment drop off.
The telephone number for “Pay-By-Phone” is 1-877-318-5854. Our online bill pay can be found at custerpower.com and going to the “Pay My Bill” link at the top of the webpage. Custer Power utilizes Paymentus and discourages using third party sites. SmartHub – a secure web portal and mobile app – is available for mobile and online payments. With SmartHub, you are able to use “Pay Now”. If you are concerned that your payment will make it to the office on time, please call and let us know. Custer Power is here for you.
